For those wondering what kind
of terms or conditions we work with, please read the following material
carefully.
WebCreation must know the FULL scope of the work before we quote agreed to
price. If in any way, the job is increased, such as additional graphics,
new pages, or new elements, we will stop accordingly and contact you. After a
price is agreed to, we expect a 10% deposit. A 50% total deposit is due after
the site is half completed. And the final payment is due upon completion of the
website.
As long as the finished site uses any material created by this company, such as
HTML, graphics, etc. a link to WebCreation along with an image must be placed on
the main page.
You obtain rights to images created by WebCreation after receipt of complete
payment. However, WebCreation may reuse the image in the future. We may also
reuse design elements for future sites and place a screen shot of the client's
website on our portfolio..
WebCreation takes no responsibility for maintenance or quality of a client's web
site once it has been completed by us, unless you plan for regular maintenance
included in the contract.
